Self-care Sunday: The importance of self-care

Self-care allows you to be in tune with yourself.
Taking time out for yourself is vital for growth and for a happier life. A happier you, means a happier sister/brother, friend, partner, co-worker.
It’s important to feel in tune with yourself.
Some benefits of self-care:
1) Having a self-care routine allows you to take time out of a chaotic busy day and just unwind, take moments to pause and reflect.
2) It improves stress levels, and helps with anxiety.
3) Improves your focus, helps to improve your energy and vibrations and ultimately help you to become a happier person.
4) Self-care isn’t always easy, sometimes it means doing the shadow work, reflecting on how you can improve yourself, working on parts of yourself that you probably don’t want to, but you know you need to.
5) By prioritising self-care, you are prioritising yourself. This means you can be the best version of yourself with everyone you meet.
